The service
Reviosa provides a WhatsApp-based staff performance intelligence and reputation management platform for customer-facing businesses, enabling businesses to collect customer feedback via WhatsApp and attribute it to individual staff members.
Accounts and eligibility
The service is intended for use by registered businesses. By creating an account, you confirm you have the authority to act on behalf of the business you represent and that the information you provide is accurate.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to send unsolicited or spam messages, and to comply at all times with WhatsApp's Business Messaging Policy and all applicable data protection laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Fees
Fees for the service are agreed at the time of sign-up and are billed on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated. Details of current pricing are available on request from info@reviosa.co.uk.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reviosa Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
