Reviosa Ltd ("Reviosa", "we", "us") provides a WhatsApp-based staff performance and reputation management platform for customer-facing businesses. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
We collect business contact details from the businesses we work with (business name, contact person, email, phone number), staff names used for feedback attribution, and customer feedback messages exchanged via WhatsApp, including the customer's phone number as required for WhatsApp to deliver and receive messages.
How we use information
We use this information to deliver feedback requests to customers on behalf of the businesses we work with, to attribute feedback to the correct staff member, to generate performance and reputation reports for business owners, and to maintain and improve the Reviosa service.
Data sharing
We share message content and phone numbers with WhatsApp/Meta and our messaging infrastructure provider solely as required to deliver and receive WhatsApp messages. We do not sell personal data to third parties. We may share data with service providers who support our infrastructure (e.g. hosting, messaging delivery) under contractual confidentiality obligations.
Data retention
We retain customer feedback and related personal data for as long as needed to provide the service to the business we are working with, or as required to meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
